LEAVE THE FLYING TO US
There are several reasons why you may want us to do the blimp flying:
- someone locally with suitable radio control experience may not be available to fly the blimp
- you are paying and accommodating your trade show sales staff to promote and sell your product/service, not fly blimps
- this is a one time event or you only have a couple of events each year so it's not worth purchasing a blimp and learning how to fly it
We need to know:
- is the event indoor or outdoor?
- how big is the indoor building; floor area, ceiling height, seating capacity?
- are you providing accommodation and meals?
- do you already have insurance for this event?
- do you have permission from the trade show organizer/building owner to fly the entire floor area?
- dates, times and location?
We can provide:
- experienced blimp pilot
- travel to and from event, local transportation, accommodation and meals for pilot
- all equipment (blimp, batteries, chargers, filling regulator & hose)
- liability insurance coverage if necessary
- advertising signs
- helium
